Richemont seeks a Manager, International Learning & Development in Hamburg to lead global talent development initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies across international markets and business divisions
- Lead the development of training programs tailored to organizational capability needs and employee career progression
- Manage the L&D function's budget and resource allocation to maximize training effectiveness and ROI
- Collaborate with senior leadership and human resources teams to identify skill gaps and training priorities
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of learning management systems and digital training platforms
- Evaluate and measure the impact of learning initiatives through metrics, feedback, and organizational performance indicators
- Partner with external training providers and consultants to deliver specialized and executive development programs
Qualifications
- Proven track record managing L&D functions within multinational organizations
- Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale learning programs
- Demonstrated expertise in adult learning methodologies and instructional design
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills

Skills
Experience
8+ years of professional experience in learning and development, talent development, or organizational development roles, with at least 4 years in a management or leadership capacity within a multinational or complex organizational environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field; Master's degree or advanced professional L&D certification (e.g., ASTD, CIPD) is preferred.
