Montblanc hiring Manager International Learning & Development in Hamburg, Germany. Full-time L&D role overseeing global learning strategy and development programs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create engaging learning solutions including e-learnings, workshops, and blended learning formats based on the Competency Model and identified business needs
- Facilitate training sessions, co-development formats, seminars, workshops, and webinars for diverse target groups across the organization
- Partner with Richemont Group, HR Business Partners, and local HR teams to support deployment and local adaptation of learning initiatives across regions
- Create learning content that enables managers to support performance, development planning, and career growth
- Coordinate and further develop the digital learning offering, including the Learning Management System (LMS) and LinkedIn Learning
- Identify innovative learning methods, external partners, training providers, and emerging trends to keep learning offerings relevant and future-focused
- Leverage existing Group and Maison learning solutions, collaborating closely with Group L&D to maximize impact and avoid duplication
- Monitor the effectiveness of development programmes through KPIs and continuously improve learning solutions based on insights and feedback
- Continuously enhance learning offerings by providing a wide range of solutions that foster a lifelong learning culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or closely related field
- University degree or equivalent qualification
- Certified Coach and/or Trainer certification
- Experience designing and facilitating learning solutions for diverse target groups in an international environment
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in a matrix organization
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills

Experience
5+ years of professional experience in Learning & Development, talent development, organizational development, or a closely related human resources function, preferably in an international luxury, multinational, or matrix organization.
Education
University degree or equivalent professional qualification.
