Richemont is hiring a Manager, Instructional Design in New York to lead learning strategy and oversee e‑learning development across its maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute instructional design strategy aligned to Richemont’s corporate and maison learning priorities across the Americas.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end design and delivery of blended learning solutions (classroom, virtual instructor‑led, e‑learning and micro‑learning) using adult‑learning and performance‑based methodologies.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of instructional designers and external content partners, setting standards for design quality, accessibility and brand voice.
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent & Development, business stakeholders and subject‑matter experts to translate business objectives into measurable learning outcomes and curricula.
  • Develop and maintain learning assets within the LMS, oversee content lifecycle management and ensure robust version control.
  • Use learning analytics and evaluation frameworks (Kirkpatrick/Phillips) to measure impact, iterate on programs and report ROI to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets and vendor relationships to ensure on‑time, on‑scope delivery of learning initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, Human Resources or related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing instructional design projects and teams in a corporate or luxury retail environment.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of adult learning theory, curriculum design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and assessment design.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence across functions and seniority levels.
  • Experience applying evaluation frameworks to demonstrate learning impact and business outcomes.
