Richemont Manager, Commercial Learning & Development role in Hong Kong. Design luxury retail and wholesale training programmes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop commercial training curricula aligned with Richemont's strategic priorities and brand positioning
- Deliver and facilitate high-impact learning programmes for commercial teams across retail, wholesale, and digital channels
- Assess organizational learning needs through stakeholder consultation and performance data analysis
- Partner with commercial leadership to translate business challenges into targeted capability-building initiatives
- Oversee training programme implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement cycles
- Develop coaching and mentoring frameworks to support emerging commercial talent
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering commercial or business-focused learning programmes
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training programme design methodologies
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Understanding of luxury retail, wholesale distribution, or commercial operations
- Experience with training platforms and learning management systems
Skills
Experience
7-10 years in learning and development, corporate training, or commercial operations roles, with at least 3 years in a management or senior professional capacity; direct experience designing or delivering sales, commercial, or customer-facing training preferred
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline; relevant certifications in adult learning or instructional design are advantageous
