Richemont Manager, Commercial Learning & Development role in Hong Kong. Design luxury retail and wholesale training programmes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop commercial training curricula aligned with Richemont's strategic priorities and brand positioning
  • Deliver and facilitate high-impact learning programmes for commercial teams across retail, wholesale, and digital channels
  • Assess organizational learning needs through stakeholder consultation and performance data analysis
  • Partner with commercial leadership to translate business challenges into targeted capability-building initiatives
  • Oversee training programme implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement cycles
  • Develop coaching and mentoring frameworks to support emerging commercial talent

Qualifications
