Richemont seeks a Manager, Commercial Excellence in New York to lead commercial strategy, analytics and governance across luxury maisons.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define and operationalize commercial strategy and governance to maximize revenue, margin and sell-through across North American maisons.
- Design, implement and maintain KPI frameworks, management reporting and executive dashboards to monitor commercial performance.
- Lead pricing, promotion and assortment processes in coordination with product, wholesale and retail teams to optimize portfolio profitability.
- Deliver actionable sales and demand forecasts, scenario analysis and post-mortem reporting to inform stock, allocation and replenishment decisions.
- Drive implementation and adoption of commercial tools and BI solutions, ensuring data integrity and consistent metrics across channels.
- Partner with regional sales, marketing and CRM teams to translate strategy into go-to-market plans and commercial initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional projects and change programs, engaging senior stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Coach and upskill commercial teams on analytics, commercial processes and best practices to embed a performance-driven culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in commercial strategy, pricing, assortment or revenue management within retail or luxury sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into commercial insights and to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in analytics tools and modern BI platforms; experience implementing or scaling reporting solutions.
- Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder-management skills, with attention to governance and process.
Skills
Experience
Approximately 5+ years of progressive experience in commercial excellence, retail operations, management consulting or a related commercial role, with demonstrable experience in analytics-driven decision making. Prior exposure to luxury goods or premium retail is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
