Richemont seeks a Manager of Client Experience in Miami to lead luxury service initiatives across the South region.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee client experience initiatives and programs across the South region retail and boutique locations
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
  • Manage client relations teams and ensure consistent delivery of luxury service standards
  • Collaborate with retail operations, merchandising, and marketing teams to optimize the customer journey
  • Monitor client feedback and implement improvements based on service metrics and customer insights
  • Train and mentor staff on premium clienteling practices and luxury hospitality standards
  • Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for service enhancement

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing client experience or guest relations in a luxury retail or hospitality environment

Experience
