Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Regional Client Experience Manager in Chicago to oversee luxury client touchpoints, gifting programs, and event coordination across boutiques.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure boutique teams possess tools and resources to enhance client experience, including researching and vetting vendors for treatments, hospitality venues, and gifting processes
  • Share and implement hospitality guidelines across the region to guarantee consistent service standards, including host protocols and wait-time management
  • Coordinate with retail operations teams on the effective deployment and usage of client experience tools, conducting regular in-boutique training and refreshes
  • Monitor consumption and inventory of client experience materials and approve orders accordingly
  • Deploy and streamline seasonal and relational gifting programs while assessing performance through ROI analysis
  • Support high jewelry events with RSVP management and coordinate local event logistics with boutique teams
  • Define local treatment planning aligned with strategic guidelines in collaboration with regional counterparts and CRM teams
  • Participate in client high jewelry event strategy design, including invitation management, in-boutique animations, and activation implementation
  • Develop and communicate client experience best practices for private appointments, gifting ceremonies, and boutique-specific needs
  • Monitor client satisfaction barometer results and mystery shopping performance, identifying pain points for resolution
  • Structure and monitor Activity & Promotion (A&P) and Sales & Distribution (S&D) budgets according to local plans
  • Provide consolidated annual reporting on client experience activity, including best practices, satisfaction metrics, and client acquisition data

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 4–5 years of management experience in luxury, hospitality, or events environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in CRM strategy and client database management
  • Proficiency with client experience and hospitality tools and systems
  • Strong understanding of luxury service delivery and client satisfaction metrics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management capabilities
  • Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
  • Valid work authorization for employment in the United States
