Richemont seeks Building and Office Services Manager in Shelton, CT to oversee facilities operations, vendor relations, event planning, and team leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain physical office space, coordinating repairs, maintenance, and ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment
- Oversee ordering and inventory management of office supplies, breakroom inventory, furniture, and equipment
- Establish and maintain vendor and service provider relationships, including janitorial and maintenance services, to ensure quality and value
- Manage Iron Mountain archives for Richemont N.A. Inc., coordinating pickups, retrievals, costs, and supplies across all work locations
- Collaborate with Health and Safety team to ensure workplace safety through fire drills, required signage, AED and first aid kit availability
- Maintain knowledge of shipping services, processes, and equipment to support incoming and outgoing shipping needs
- Partner with Richemont Security to create badges and manage building access for all Shelton employees
- Lead and supervise the Office Services Coordinator, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support
- Lead planning and execution of hospitality services for onsite events, including catering coordination, vendor management, and guest experience oversight
- Organize and manage volunteer days and offsite opportunities in collaboration with Sustainability and key stakeholders
- Manage Shelton Building and Office Services operating budget, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Oversee office space planning and allocation, coordinate office moves, and maintain floorplans via OfficeSpace
- Partner with all U.S. Richemont Regional Functions and Corporate Maison teams to understand facilities needs and support business objectives
- Collaborate with Richemont CRS leadership to promote sustainable workplace practices and drive adoption of sustainable office materials
- Develop and execute workplace communications with Internal Communications to drive awareness and compliance with office service initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Building and Office Services or Facilities management
- 5+ years of professional experience in Building and Office Services or Facilities management
- Hospitality services or event planning experience
- AED/First Aid certification (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and professionalism to all internal and external customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in SAP
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience
5+ years of professional experience in Building and Office Services, Facilities management, or related functions, preferably within a luxury corporate environment. Demonstrated experience in managing day-to-day facilities operations, vendor relationships, and budget oversight. Hospitality services and event planning experience is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Building and Office Services or Facilities management. AED/First Aid certification preferred.
