Richemont — Management Control Intern in Turin. Internship supporting budgeting, reporting and variance analysis within the finance team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the management control team in month-end and ad-hoc financial reporting, consolidations and preparation of management packs.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting cycles, including data collection, reconciliation and variance explanations.
- Perform variance analysis and root-cause investigations to explain movements versus budget and prior periods.
- Prepare and maintain Excel-based financial models, dashboards and KPI trackers to support decision-making.
- Consolidate financial and operational data from multiple sources and ensure data integrity for reporting.
- Contribute to process-improvement initiatives to streamline reporting and enhance accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders — finance, operations and commercial teams — to gather inputs and validate figures.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Proven ability to work effectively in teams and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Comfort with tight deadlines and month-end reporting cadence.
- Availability for the full duration of the internship as required by the host company.

Experience
Internship-level; previous internships or academic projects in finance, controlling, accounting or related analytical roles are desirable but not mandatory.
Education
Enrollment in or recent completion of a university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration.
