Richemont Management Accountant in Delémont—oversee financial control, budgeting, and reporting for luxury goods operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor budgets and financial forecasts
- Conduct variance analysis and cost control reporting
- Develop and maintain financial control procedures and internal audit frameworks
- Support management decision-making through comprehensive financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and Richemont financial policies
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external auditors
Qualifications
- Degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or equivalent professional qualification)
- Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in financial accounting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities

Experience
3–5 years of management accounting or financial control experience, preferably within the luxury goods, manufacturing, or multi-site corporate environment
Education
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or equivalent professional qualification; professional accounting designation (CPA, ACCA, Swiss FM, or equivalent) highly valued
