Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests with sophisticated hospitality befitting the Maison's heritage and clientele
- Facilitate seamless guest flow and experience throughout the luxury retail environment
- Provide informative guidance regarding product collections, brand heritage, and exclusive offerings
- Anticipate and address guest needs with attentiveness and discretion
- Maintain the ambiance and presentation standards of the Maison
Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in luxury hospitality or high-end retail environments
- Fluency in English and French
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Experience
