Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the Maison's first point of contact, warmly welcoming and guiding all visitors with impeccable professionalism and personalized service
- Proactively manage client flow and waiting experiences, ensuring prompt attention from the sales team and seamless handovers
- Provide exceptional hospitality services, including offering refreshments and maintaining pristine service areas
- Anticipate and cater to the needs of loyal clients and appointment-based guests, personalizing their arrival journey
- Embody Maison values and represent Van Cleef & Arpels with radiant service and impeccable grooming standards
- Offer engaging boutique and Patrimony tours, sharing the Maison's rich heritage and acting as a knowledgeable ambassador for exquisite displays
- Support internal communication to optimize client flow and coordinate seamless service delivery
