Van Cleef & Arpels Sydney Flagship seeks a Maison Host to deliver luxury hospitality and client experiences in fine jewelry retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients upon arrival, establishing immediate rapport and assessing their needs
- Facilitate client flow throughout the boutique, ensuring optimal space utilization and comfort
- Assist with appointment coordination and VIP client management
- Maintain an impeccable appearance and demeanor consistent with Van Cleef & Arpels brand standards
- Support retail associates and jewelry consultants with client engagement initiatives

Qualifications
