Richemont is hiring a Maison Host in San Francisco (temp-to-perm). Client-facing role delivering VIP boutique service and appointment management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome clients and maintain an attentive, discreet presence on the boutique floor to optimise the guest experience.
- Manage appointments and private viewings for VIP and walk-in clients; coordinate diary scheduling and follow-ups.
- Support sales conversion through active clienteling: capture client preferences, maintain accurate records and execute personalised outreach.
- Collaborate with sales advisors and management to ensure smooth handovers, stock replenishment and sales floor readiness.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual standards; assist with merchandising resets, window dressing and product rotation as directed.
- Handle basic transactional duties at the point of sale, process enquiries by phone and email, and support event and trunk-show operations.
- Uphold loss-prevention protocols and maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver luxury-level customer service with poise and discretion.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; professional grooming and presentation.
- Availability for flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Prior boutique or hospitality experience preferred; aptitude for CRM and appointment management.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of client-facing experience in luxury retail, hospitality or a high-touch service environment; demonstrable experience engaging high-net-worth or VIP clients is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or hospitality and/or certificate courses in luxury service are advantageous.
