Richemont Maison Host position in Chicago—luxury guest relations and hospitality professional needed.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for their experience at the Maison
- Direct guests to appropriate departments and brand experiences based on their interests and needs
- Answer inquiries about products, services, and brand heritage with knowledge and enthusiasm
- Manage guest flow and coordinate access to private viewing areas or VIP experiences

Qualifications
