Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, discreet client service to high-net-worth and walk-in customers, driving sales and long-term client relationships.
- Proactively develop and maintain a client portfolio through outreach, appointments and bespoke clienteling activities.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across collections and convey craftsmanship, provenance and technical detail to clients.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and basic cash-handling in accordance with boutique procedures and loss-prevention policies.
- Support merchandising standards and visual presentation to maintain the maison’s brand image and boutique experience.
- Collaborate with store colleagues and management to meet store targets, stock replenishment and daily operational tasks.
- Use CRM and sales reporting tools to record client interactions, follow-ups and sales activity.
Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate long-term relationships with discerning clients.
- Polished presentation, strong verbal communication and professional discretion.
- Proven aptitude for achieving sales targets and converting appointments into purchases.
- Numerical accuracy and attention to detail for transaction processing and stock handling.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset (preferred but not mandatory).
Skills
Experience
1–3 years of client-facing experience in luxury retail, premium hospitality or boutique sales; direct clienteling experience with private clients preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in hospitality, fashion, business or a related discipline preferred.
