Richemont seeks a Luxury Retail Sales Advisor in Dubai to drive client relationships and boutique sales across maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-net-worth and discerning clientele to achieve boutique sales targets and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Execute proactive clienteling activities including follow-ups, appointment management and tailored product presentations to drive repeat business.
- Maintain comprehensive product and brand knowledge across maisons (watches, jewellery and related categories) to advise clients expertly on features, provenance and aftercare.
- Manage daily boutique operations: process transactions via POS, support stock receipt and replenishment, perform inventory control and ensure accurate sales reporting.
- Ensure the boutique reflects brand standards through precise visual merchandising, presentation and store upkeep; support events and private viewings as required.
- Collaborate with CRM and boutique teams to feed client data, contribute to sales forecasting and participate in local marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in luxury retail or boutique sales, preferably with watches, high jewellery or comparable high-value categories.
- Demonstrable ability to cultivate and retain relationships with high-net-worth clients through discreet, consultative service.
- Confident communicator with polished presentation skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings, and to travel locally for client appointments and events.
Skills
Experience
Minimum two years of frontline experience within luxury retail or a boutique environment; prior exposure to high-ticket categories such as watches, jewellery or heritage accessories is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or a degree in retail management, hospitality or a related discipline is advantageous.
