Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to individual clients and high-net-worth customers in a luxury boutique environment.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive prospecting, follow-up and clienteling activities to maximise lifetime value.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while preserving brand positioning and visual presentation standards.
- Manage all point-of-sale processes including transactions, private sales events, appointments and after-sales follow-up.
- Maintain expert product knowledge and communicate technical and provenance information with confidence and discretion.
- Collaborate with store management and colleagues on inventory control, merchandising, stock replenishment and client data entry into CRM systems.
- Represent the maison professionally at client events, trunk shows and appointments as required.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high-touch customer service in a premium retail or luxury hospitality setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and consultative selling skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to uphold brand presentation and client confidentiality.
- Comfort with numerical tasks, taking payments and managing transactional workflows accurately.
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required by boutique operations.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of direct experience in luxury retail sales or a client-facing role within a premium brand; demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and building repeat client business.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or tertiary education in retail, hospitality, business or fashion is advantageous.
