Richemont seeks a Marketing and Merchandising Specialist for luxury accessories and fragrance in Seoul, Korea. Full-time role managing product strategy and market analysis.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate local marketing strategy and novelty product launches in collaboration with Cartier headquarters and key stakeholders to ensure full alignment on comprehensive 360-degree launch action plans
  • Manage product lifecycle for leather goods, accessories, eyewear, and fragrance categories, executing merchandising assortment plans across all distribution networks
  • Analyze and forecast annual novelty sales potential by product category and sales channel, with forecasting conducted twice annually
  • Monitor strategic category sales performance and share progress analysis with management, collaborating with supply chain teams on stock optimization and sales forecasting
  • Design and maintain reporting dashboards leveraging technologies such as Power BI and Google Looker to track KPIs, activation results, and performance metrics
  • Conduct competitive market analysis, monitor competitors' marketing activities, and prepare insight reports for both local and headquarters teams to inform strategic repositioning
  • Develop and distribute product mapping documentation and training materials to retail boutiques, supporting product training seminars twice annually
  • Execute price positioning surveys and provide qualitative market insights through regular communication with headquarters and on-site market visits

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of professional experience in merchandising, marketing, or supply chain management
  • Experience with global luxury brands
  • Fluent in Korean and English; French language skills are an advantage
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • University degree or equivalent qualification
