Richemont Logistics Supervisor role in Taipei. Lead warehouse operations, manage supply chain coordination, and supervise distribution teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities
- Manage inventory control systems and ensure accurate stock records
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to optimize delivery schedules and logistics efficiency
- Train, monitor, and evaluate logistics team performance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency
- Prepare reports on logistics metrics, including on-time delivery rates and inventory accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution operations
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software
- Strong understanding of import/export procedures and customs documentation
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Leadership capabilities with proven experience managing cross-functional teams

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or distribution management. Prior experience in luxury goods, high-value merchandise, or selective retail is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
