Richemont seeks a Logistics Solutions Design & Process Improvement Manager in Amsterdam to lead SAP optimization and continuous improvement across European operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support Maisons and logistics teams in designing and implementing new logistics solutions, processes, and systems aligned with business and operational requirements
  • Act as regional subject matter expert for projects, process automation, and SAP optimization in collaboration with IT, Group Logistics, and project management teams
  • Represent RLGE region on Group and Regional Logistics initiatives, workshops, and define new logistics solutions
  • Serve as regional focal point for SAP-related topics, collaborating with Business Analytics and Regional SAP Manager on system enhancements and logistics process incidents
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, standardization, and harmonization across RLGE sites and lead continuous improvement initiatives delivering measurable efficiency, accuracy, and compliance gains
  • Represent RLGE Europe within the global Logistics Operating Model (LOM) to communicate, align, and implement initiatives between Group Logistics, Regional Distribution Center, and Local Logistics
  • Manage two direct reports: Regional Key User and one intern, providing guidance and development support
  • Facilitate best-practice sharing between local markets and Group Logistics
  • Collaborate with Finance, ICS, IT, Customer Services, E-Commerce Operations, and external carriers to ensure process improvements through clarification, simplification, and standardization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent operational experience
  • 5–10 years of logistics experience in regional or international environment
  • Excellent knowledge of logistics flows, processes, and systems
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Advanced working knowledge of SAP (MM, WM, EWM)
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to different internal customer, stakeholder, and cultural situations
  • Good knowledge and awareness of Sustainability policies and practices

Experience
