Richemont Paris seeks a Master's-level Logistics Project Manager Intern to support operational transformation in France and Monaco through process optimization and continuous improvement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Map and analyze existing logistics processes (receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, returns) to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities using Lean Management principles (5S, VSM, Kaizen)
- Assist the Logistics Director in defining, planning, and monitoring improvement projects while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Collect, analyze, and interpret logistics data (KPIs, costs, timelines, quality) to measure process efficiency and quantify the impact of improvement initiatives
- Develop dashboards and performance reports for monitoring and decision-making
- Prepare communication and training materials to support organizational change initiatives
- Contribute to supporting logistics operations during peak activity periods
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Master 1 or Master 2 (or equivalent) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Prior experience (internship or academic project) in logistics, continuous improvement, or project management preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and methodologies (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, VSM)

Experience
Prior internship or academic project experience in logistics, continuous improvement, or project management is beneficial; strong interest in process optimization and organizational transformation is essential.
Education
Master's degree (M1 or M2) or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
