Richemont seeks a Logistics Operator (fixed-term contract) in Paris to manage receiving, picking, packing and inventory control for its logistics operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming goods; verify quantities and condition against delivery documentation.
- Perform order picking, packing and labelling to prepare shipments in accordance with company quality standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and use handheld scanners to record stock movements.
- Manage inventory through cycle counts, stock reconciliations and timely reporting of discrepancies.
- Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate handover to carriers; ensure traceability and compliance with internal procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized workspace and comply with health, safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Secondary education or vocational diploma in logistics, supply chain or equivalent.
- Proof of forklift licence/certification preferred.
- Basic numeracy and strong attention to detail; ability to follow written procedures and packing specifications.
- Ability to work physically (standing, lifting up to typical warehouse limits) and to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Availability to work standard warehouse shifts; flexibility for occasional overtime.
