Richemont is seeking a Logistics Operations Support Administrator in Munich to support warehouse and shipping operations, including inbound and outbound processing, SAP transactions, packing and transport orders. The role is full-time and fixed-term for 12 months.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support operational logistics in the warehouse and shipping department.
- Provide operational resilience support in the warehouse.
- Support the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
- Work closely with teams to bridge operational bottlenecks.
- Pick and inspect outbound products, including recording transactions in SAP.
- Receive and inspect inbound products and record transactions in SAP.
- Pack products appropriately for transport in accordance with quality and safety standards.
- Create transport orders and label goods, packaging and shipments according to instructions.
- Support the transport and outbound teams with general logistics tasks.
Qualifications
- Initial practical experience in operational logistics is an advantage, particularly in goods dispatch, packaging and labeling.
- Flexibility and adaptability during organizational change.
- Experience with PC/Windows applications; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- A hands-on, solution-oriented and reliable approach to work.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Accuracy and an awareness of quality and meeting deadlines.
- Good German language skills; English language skills are an advantage.
