Logistics Operations Administrator role at Richemont in Seoul. Manage inventory, shipments, and SAP operations for luxury goods distribution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage inbound operations, including parcel receipt, quality inspection, documentation verification, and SAP goods receipt entries within established KPI timeframes
- Execute outbound processes including order picking and packing, serial number verification, carrier booking, and shipment coordination to meet delivery deadlines
- Oversee customer service (E-CS) shipments, performing quality checks and completing SAP workflows in accordance with each Maison's packing guidelines
- Process inventory transfers and delivery orders via SAP, ensuring accurate system records and stock reconciliation
- Prepare export documentation and coordinate with carriers to organize international shipping for returns and customer service shipments
- Perform daily stock verification and SAP reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Liaise with Maisons and Customer Resource Centers (CRC) regarding product discrepancies, damaged goods, and third-choice inventory decisions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of logistics and stock management experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with SAP or equivalent enterprise resource planning systems
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple workflows
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach

Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in logistics and stock management, ideally within a luxury goods, distribution center, or technical warehouse environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; secondary or post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain management, or business operations is advantageous.
