Richemont hiring Logistics Manufacturing Tech Team Lead in Meyrin, Switzerland—lead agile team deploying SAP EWM and Industry 4.0 solutions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define technical vision and maintain product roadmap aligned with enterprise architecture and strategic objectives
- Lead and manage a team of experienced consultants in designing, deploying, and supporting logistic manufacturing solutions using Agile methodologies
- Develop, coach, and motivate the team to propose optimal solutions and continuously expand technical competencies
- Ensure compliance with architecture and security guardrails across all manufacturing systems
- Prepare budgets and resource planning to support all initiatives requested by Richemont's Maisons
- Serve as primary technical liaison integrating with other teams on all integration and interdependency matters
Qualifications
- Master's degree or engineering qualification
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing ERP and warehouse management systems (preferably consulting background)
- Demonstrated expertise designing and deploying SAP ERP and EWM solutions from design through operational support
- Strong team management experience overseeing design, deployment, and support activities with budget accountability
- Proven experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and low-code/no-code platforms
- Solid understanding of architecture design principles and modern integration technologies (APIs, event-driven architecture)
- Experience managing Agile and Scrum software development lifecycles
- Fluent in French and English

Experience
7+ years of professional experience in manufacturing and logistics technology environments, with particular expertise in full project lifecycles implementing enterprise resource planning and warehouse management systems. Consulting background or equivalent exposure to industrial environments highly valued. Proven track record designing business solutions for complex manufacturing organizations and leading technical teams in dynamic transformation initiatives.
Education
Master's degree or engineering qualification required.
