Role & Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate international logistics operations and services in liaison with group logistics teams, including carrier and service provider selection, performance monitoring, contract development, shipment organization, budget planning, and annual exhibition calendar forecasting
• Create coordination and tracking tools for shipment monitoring; manage transport disruptions and disputes; participate in the implementation of new transportation information systems
• Oversee customs compliance and regulatory requirements, including coordination of customs service providers, import/export documentation, transport compliance monitoring, and proactive surveillance of regulatory developments in transport, customs, and goods security
• Collaborate closely with internal departments, particularly the exhibitions team, and contribute to the broader group logistics community to ensure seamless operational integration

Qualifications

• Significant international experience in art and valuables logistics management with demonstrated mastery of diverse transport modes and their specificities
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with consistent rigor and high standards
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities with a reputation for precision
• Rapid analytical skills with capacity to propose effective solutions in response to unforeseen challenges
• Demonstrated experience coordinating with diverse stakeholders across France and internationally
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
