Richemont seeks a Logistics Manager in Paris to oversee inventory, warehouse operations and international shipments for its maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for finished goods and components, ensuring timely delivery to boutiques, distributors and production sites.
- Manage warehouse operations and stock control activities, including cycle counts, reconciliations and discrepancy resolution.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers and customs brokers to prepare shipping documentation and ensure regulatory compliance for international shipments.
- Monitor logistics KPIs (lead times, OTIF, inventory accuracy) and implement corrective actions to improve service levels and reduce costs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across transport, warehousing and returns processes, and support cross-functional projects with procurement, planning and retail teams.
- Oversee returns, repairs and reverse-logistics flows, ensuring traceability and timely processing according to brand policies.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management or equivalent technical qualification.
- Proven operational knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory reconciliation and international transport documentation.
- Familiarity with customs formalities and import/export compliance for high-value goods.
- Strong analytical skills with experience monitoring KPIs and implementing process improvements.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to coordinate across procurement, production and retail teams.

Typically 3–5 years of hands-on logistics or supply‑chain experience, ideally within luxury goods, fashion, watches or jewellery, with responsibility for warehousing, transport coordination and international shipments.
Education
Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or a related field; equivalent professional experience accepted.
