Vacheron Constantin seeks Supply Chain Manager for the Manufacture du Brassus, Switzerland. Lead operations, optimize workflows, manage 13+ staff using Lean principles.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to ensure load-capacity alignment and anticipate production requirements
- Pilot performance analytics and associated action plans using result-oriented KPIs
- Monitor and maintain operational control to achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Movement Development, Procurement, Quality, Production) to ensure efficient coordination and proactive communication
- Coordinate production launches in alignment with the Master Production Schedule
- Supervise central warehouse activities and ensure fluid logistics flow
- Drive transformation of workflows and processes to strengthen organizational agility and resilience
- Identify, prioritize, and lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned with site strategic objectives
- Optimize logistics and industrial flows by applying Lean Manufacturing principles (Kanban, CONWIP, pull systems, standardization)
- Structure processes and strengthen operational standards to sustainably improve performance
- Develop a problem-solving culture focused on innovation and operational excellence
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, with accountability for succession planning, cross-training, competency development, and professional growth
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Industrial Production Management, or Logistics
- 10+ years of management experience in an industrial environment
- Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
- Proficiency with SAP, including advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven track record of implementing Lean Manufacturing methodologies

10+ years of management experience in an industrial environment, with demonstrated expertise in supply chain operations, logistics, and production planning at a manufacturing facility or haute horlogerie house.
Education
Engineering degree or equivalent qualification (Diplôme d'ingénieur or equivalent) in Supply Chain, Industrial Production Management, or Logistics
