Van Cleef & Arpels Logistics Manager in Châteauneuf-sur-Isère, France. Manage manufacturing flows, SAP systems, and supply chain optimization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and optimize all logistical flows from component receipt and Manufacturing Order (MO) launch through waste management, subcontractor shipments/receipts, and finished product dispatch
- Execute physical preparation of shipments and organize carrier collection schedules
- Record all logistical transactions accurately in the SAP system and ensure complete traceability of components and stone kits within the system
- Actively participate in physical inventory management, including counts and variance analysis
- Manage the processing and monitoring of consumables orders via SAP and oversee Kanban systems to optimize supply levels while minimizing stockouts or overstock situations
- Contribute to the establishment and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics and production activities
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives and challenge existing business processes
- Investigate stock anomalies and propose solutions for operational irregularities
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in SAP systems and maison logistics flows
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with consistent rigor
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Proven capacity for rapid situation analysis and solution-oriented problem-solving
- Experience coordinating with diverse internal and external stakeholders
