Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a cross‑functional logistics team responsible for inbound, storage and outbound operations across Paris distribution points and retail channels.
- Own operational KPIs (OTD, inventory accuracy, stock turns, lead times) and implement corrective actions to meet service and cost targets.
- Coordinate inventory planning and stock replenishment with merchandising, retail, and distribution centres to ensure product availability for boutiques and wholesale partners.
- Manage transport, customs and export/import procedures in collaboration with carriers, customs brokers and external logistics partners.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (lean, 5S, process standardisation) and support digitalisation projects (WMS/ERP enhancements).
- Oversee budgetary control for logistics activities, vendor performance, and contract negotiations with third‑party providers.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, quality standards, and security procedures for high‑value merchandise.
Qualifications
- Proven background in logistics or supply‑chain operations, ideally within luxury goods, watches or jewellery.
- Demonstrated team leadership with experience managing supervisors and operational staff.
- Strong analytical capability with experience using KPIs to drive performance improvements.
- Knowledge of international transport, customs regulations and bonded warehouse operations.
- Fluency in French and professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Experience
Typically requires 5+ years in logistics or supply‑chain roles with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity; experience in luxury retail distribution or handling high‑value goods is highly advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or related discipline; professional certifications in supply chain/logistics are a plus.
