Richemont hiring Logistics Coordinator for Retail Import-Export in Paris. Fixed-term contract through May 2027, managing international shipments and customs compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee retail logistics flows for international shipments (imports and exports) and transport operations across France and Monaco, liaising with external service providers and resolving operational issues
- Ensure customs regulatory compliance for international operations, prepare and verify customs declarations, and provide support during audits and disputes
- Deliver responsive operational support across the supply chain, maintain adherence to delivery timelines, coordinate communications with stakeholders, and monitor evolving regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in logistics or transportation, preferably within retail or luxury sectors
- Advanced proficiency in international trade flows (import/export procedures, customs regulations, Incoterms)
- Fluent English language skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and logistics management systems
- Demonstrated organizational capabilities and proactive mindset
