Role & Responsibilities

• Process spare parts and stock reception, packing, unpacking, and labeling for local, national, and international shipments
• Open and verify incoming parcels from carriers while adhering to strict security protocols; validate quantities and document discrepancies
• Pack outbound parcels with products and corresponding packaging in compliance with FAA hazmat guidelines; maintain hazmat certification
• Label and process outbound shipments using SAP ECS system for multiple carriers; perform quality controls to ensure correct product inclusion
• File international shipments online and complete Bills of Lading and Airway Bills for domestic, international, and high-value consignments
• Manage departmental Receiving, Unpacking, and Shipping mailbox; respond to internal client inquiries according to KPIs
• Receive and systematically process incoming parts and packaging for service; escalate missing product concerns to supervisor and security
• Order and deliver packaging and supplies to internal staging areas based on recipient and departmental requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma (minimum required)
• 2+ years of experience in a production-based or warehouse environment
• SAP experience (preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Ability to stand for up to 9 hours and lift up to 40 pounds
• Competency with box cutters, tape machines, tape guns, and air film equipment
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Skills

Experience

2+ years of employment in a production-based environment preferred, with direct exposure to warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain logistics. Prior SAP system experience strongly desired.

Education

High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
