Richemont seeks a Logistics Assistant in Mexico City to manage shipping/receiving, inventory control and warehouse coordination for luxury goods.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process inbound shipments; verify quantities, documentation and condition of goods.
- Prepare and manage outbound shipments, packing lists and carrier bookings, ensuring secure handling of high-value items.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, reconciliations and updates to the warehouse management/ERP system.
- Coordinate daily logistics activities with central warehouses, boutiques, carriers and customs brokers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Process and retain transport, customs and compliance documentation in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Support order fulfilment and stock transfers, prioritising boutique replenishment and urgent requests from retail operations.
- Identify process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy, reduce transit delays and strengthen chain-of-custody controls.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations or inventory control; luxury retail/valuables handling preferred.
- Solid attention to detail and proven ability to manage high-value goods with discretion and strict security awareness.
- Familiarity with shipping documentation, customs procedures and import/export requirements.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks under tight timelines.
- Vocational diploma in logistics, supply chain or related field preferred; high-school diploma required.

Minimum 1–2 years in logistics, warehouse or inventory roles; prior exposure to retail or luxury supply chains is advantageous.
