Logistics Administrator at Richemont, Sydney – CITES, SAP MM, and supply chain specialist supporting Australia and New Zealand operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage CITES permits, including applications, acquittals, and inventory control verification for overseas supplier re-exports
- Process and monitor inbound and outbound orders (IDNs/ODNs) in SAP, perform post-goods receipt and issue functions, and manage return order processing
- Coordinate inbound shipments by dispatching shipping advice and Australian invoices, and liaise with freight forwarders
- Prepare export shipping invoices, book export shipments, manage re-export CITES permits, and coordinate with third-party logistics providers
- Arrange courier services for offices, customer service centers, and boutiques; organize POSM delivery compliance with Group transportation guidelines
- Conduct periodic cycle counts and manage picking and packing of stock for photoshoots and events
Qualifications
- 2–3 years' experience in logistics, warehousing, and freight operations
- Proven proficiency in SAP MM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to provide timely status updates
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Strong organizational and administrative skills in a fast-paced environment

Experience
2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, and freight operations, with demonstrated SAP MM expertise. Candidates should show a proactive approach with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment, work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, and remain flexible when operational priorities shift.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in supply chain management, logistics, or related field is preferred but not essential.
