Richemont seeks a Logistics Administrator in Madrid — manage shipments, inventory and customs documentation for the group's luxury maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, liaising with carriers, freight forwarders and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain and update inventory records within ERP/WMS systems; reconcile stock discrepancies and prepare adjustments for stock counts.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation (commercial invoices, AWBs, packing lists), ensuring compliance with customs, export controls and trade regulations.
- Process goods receipts, purchase order confirmations and returns; schedule deliveries with warehouses and boutiques.
- Monitor logistics KPIs (lead times, delivery performance, inventory accuracy) and produce regular operational reports for supply-chain stakeholders.
- Support audits and physical stock counts; implement corrective actions and continuous-improvement initiatives to streamline warehouse processes.
- Act as primary administrative contact for third-party logistics providers and internal business partners, escalating exceptions and resolving operational issues.
Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in logistics, warehousing or supply‑chain administration, preferably within luxury retail or consumer goods.
- Proven experience using ERP or WMS platforms (SAP experience highly desirable).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and standard office applications.
- Solid knowledge of shipping documentation and basic customs/export procedures.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise in a deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or equivalent; vocational qualifications accepted.
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish; business-level English preferred.
