Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, freight forwarders and internal stakeholders, ensuring on-time delivery for boutiques and warehouses.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation (airway bills, bills of lading, commercial invoices) and ensure compliance with Incoterms and customs requirements.
- Maintain and update inventory records in the ERP/WMS, reconcile stock counts and support periodic cycle and year-end stocktakes.
- Monitor shipment status, investigate exceptions, and drive timely resolution of transit, damage or customs issues.
- Liaise with customs brokers and ensure accurate classification and documentation for import/export clearances.
- Support month-end logistics reporting, key performance metrics and ad hoc analyses for supply chain managers.
- Enforce luxury-specific security and handling protocols for high-value goods and manage returns and repair shipments as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in logistics, shipping, customs clearance or warehouse administration; experience within luxury retail, watches, jewellery or high-value goods preferred.
- Practical knowledge of international shipping documentation and Incoterms, and familiarity with customs procedures.
- Proven competence with ERP/WMS platforms (experience with SAP is advantageous) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise multiple shipments under tight timelines and maintain meticulous records.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to coordinate across internal teams, external vendors and international partners.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
