Richemont seeks an experienced Legal Counsel for business and general law in Paris on a renewable fixed-term contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on business transactions and corporate matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and mitigation strategies
- Support contractual disputes and litigation matters
- Maintain legal documentation and files
Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer (admitted to practice)
- Expertise in business and general law
- Strong understanding of corporate legal matters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience
Demonstrated experience in business law and general corporate legal matters, preferably within a multinational or luxury goods environment
Education
Law degree and admission to the bar/professional legal qualification
