Richemont seeks an experienced Legal Counsel for business and general law in Paris on a renewable fixed-term contract.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide legal counsel on business transactions and corporate matters
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and mitigation strategies
  • Support contractual disputes and litigation matters
  • Maintain legal documentation and files

Qualifications

  • Qualified lawyer (admitted to practice)
  • Expertise in business and general law
