Richemont seeks an experienced Jeweler and Setter lecturer at L'Ecole in Tokyo to teach fine jewellery craftsmanship and artisanal techniques.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive lectures and practical instruction in jewellery setting, stone placement, and artisanal fabrication techniques
- Develop and refine curriculum content that reflects contemporary best practices in fine jewellery craftsmanship
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations and provide individual mentorship to students
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback on technical execution
- Contribute to the strategic development of L'Ecole's jewellery and setter programs
- Maintain studio equipment, tools, and materials to ensure safety and optimal learning conditions
Qualifications
- Advanced expertise in jewellery setting and stone placement techniques
- Extensive professional experience in fine jewellery production or artisanal jewellery manufacturing

Education
Formal training in jewellery design, gemology, or a related craft discipline is preferred. Equivalent professional certification or apprenticeship in jewellery setting and fabrication is acceptable.
