Cartier seeks an Administrative Coordinator for its Learning & Transformation Department in Paris. Fixed-term contract from August 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Department Director and Learning & Transformation team, including calendar management, expense reporting, and travel coordination
- Monitor monthly departmental expenditures against budget, formalize purchase orders, manage vendor accounts within SAP, and transmit invoices to accounting
- Organize and coordinate team engagement rituals, international community events, and seminars for the Learning & Transformation community
- Serve as logistics facilitator and operational support for cross-functional departmental projects
Qualifications
- Significant experience in executive assistant or administrative coordinator roles within demanding environments
- Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated rigor, autonomy, and adaptability
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Fluent English proficiency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- SAP experience preferred
