Richemont seeks a Learning & Development Manager in Singapore to lead regional L&D programs for South East Asia & Oceania.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and manage regional learning strategies and curricula tailored to South East Asia & Oceania (SEAO) business priorities.
  • Conduct learning needs analyses and partner with business leaders to define capability gaps, leadership pipelines and high-potential development plans.
  • Develop and deliver blended learning solutions — instructor-led, e-learning, on-the-job and microlearning — ensuring cultural and linguistic localisation across SEAO markets.
  • Manage Learning Management System (LMS) administration, content curation, deployment schedules and user adoption metrics.
  • Commission and manage external vendors, instructional designers and subject-matter experts; oversee content quality, timelines and budgets.
  • Design evaluation frameworks and KPIs to measure learning effectiveness and return on investment; report impact to regional HR and senior stakeholders.
  • Coach and enable frontline managers to support performance conversations, career development and talent mobility.
  • Coordinate regional roll-outs, including logistics, communications and cross-market stakeholder alignment; travel within the SEAO region as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business or related discipline; relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • Professional L&D, training or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, ATD, or equivalent) is advantageous.
  • Demonstrable experience designing and delivering regional learning programs within luxury retail, consumer goods, or premium services.
  • Proven capability in vendor management, instructional design oversight and LMS governance.
  • Strong cultural sensitivity and experience adapting content for multiple markets and languages across APAC.
