Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the design, development and localisation of instructor-led and digital learning programmes for Swiss operations.
  • Contribute to e‑learning module creation and multimedia content using authoring tools and presentation software.
  • Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) content, user records and training calendars.
  • Coordinate logistics for training events including scheduling, venue setup, participant communications and feedback collection.
  • Compile training metrics, prepare reports and analyse learning impact to inform continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with HR business partners, brand managers and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of learning initiatives.
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the L&D team and assist on ad hoc projects (onboarding, talent review preparation).

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, Education or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrable interest in learning & development, talent management or HR operations; prior internship or project experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional presentation and facilitation aptitude.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and competency in producing actionable reports.
