Richemont Cartier Learning & Development HR Intern in Amsterdam. 6-month full-time placement with L&D focus and HR Generalist exposure in the Benelux region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the L&D team in updating training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules
- Administer the MyLearning platform, including uploading courses, managing enrollments, troubleshooting user queries, and tracking completion rates
- Coordinate logistics for training programs including scheduling workshops, managing registrations, preparing training spaces, arranging catering and travel
- Gather and analyze attendee feedback through surveys to improve program effectiveness
- Collect and analyze data related to program effectiveness and participant satisfaction
- Research Learning & Development best practices in the luxury sector
- Assist with administrative project tasks including invoice follow-ups
- Support talent initiatives and HR projects
- Draft internal communications and intranet articles promoting learning opportunities
- Design creative marketing materials to promote upcoming training programs
- Collaborate with HR Generalists on day-to-day HR operational activities, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an HBO or WO program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency with Excel and comfort learning new digital tools and LMS platforms
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Natural affinity for data analysis
- Detail-oriented with a creative approach to problem-solving
- Pro-active, service-oriented mindset with curiosity and initiative
