Richemont — Dubai: Learning & Development Executive (UAE National, 12‑month fixed‑term) to design and deliver L&D programmes for Richemont maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver and evaluate classroom and digital learning programmes tailored to retail, boutique and corporate audiences across Richemont maisons in the UAE.
  • Support UAE national talent development and Emiratisation initiatives, including onboarding, career pathways and targeted fast‑track programmes for nationals.
  • Develop localized e‑learning content and training materials in collaboration with brand L&D leads and subject matter experts.
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), maintain training records and generate participation and impact reports for regional stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions and train‑the‑trainer programmes to elevate selling skills, product knowledge and service standards.
  • Measure training effectiveness through KPIs, post‑training assessments and business‑aligned impact metrics; propose improvements based on data.
  • Coordinate logistics and vendor relationships for external training, assessment centres and certification programmes; ensure compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

  • UAE National (required for this vacancy).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education or a related discipline; professional L&D qualification (e.g. CIPD) desirable.
  • Proven track record (typically 2+ years) in learning & development, talent programmes or HR, preferably within luxury retail, hospitality or consumer goods.
  • Demonstrated facilitation and presentation skills with experience delivering both classroom and virtual training.
  • Practical experience with LMS administration and e‑learning development; familiarity with learning measurement techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity and the ability to influence across multiple brands and senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent English; Arabic language skills advantageous.

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education or a related discipline; professional L&D certification (e.g. CIPD, ATD) is desirable.
