Richemont Learning & Development Coordinator in Bellevue – design and coordinate training programmes to support employee talent development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop training curricula and learning materials aligned with organizational objectives
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and professional development programmes
- Manage learning management systems (LMS) and track participant engagement and completion rates
- Liaise with department leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs across the business
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback collection, and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, certifications, and employee development progress
- Support the delivery of onboarding programmes for new hires across all levels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Learning & Development Coordinator or similar role
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and training administration platforms
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and stakeholders

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in learning and development, training administration, or a closely related human resources function.
Education
