Cartier L&D Assistant internship in Paris, France – 6-month training coordination role in luxury jewellery and watchmaking.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in training strategy formulation and deployment across headquarters and retail networks
- Ensure effective communication of training activities to the broader organization
- Plan and organize training cycles whilst maintaining oversight of execution
- Prepare training documentation and liaise with external training providers
- Manage administrative procedures and monitor training budget allocation
- Construct and analyse monthly reporting on training activities and key performance indicators on e-learning platforms
- Contribute to the creation of training content in both in-class and digital formats
- Actively monitor emerging training methodologies and identify new training partners and opportunities
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student in business school, university, or equivalent programme
- Minimum six months of prior professional experience required
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
