Richemont Learning & Development Assistant Intern (Paris): support talent development and HR initiatives. Paris-based internship opportunity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of training programmes aligned with organizational learning objectives
- Support the coordination and logistics of learning events, workshops, and development sessions
- Contribute to the creation of learning materials and documentation
- Track and maintain records of employee training participation and progress
- Support the administration of performance management and talent evaluation initiatives
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify and respond to emerging learning and development needs
Qualifications
- Enrollment in or recent graduation from a programme in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Educational Sciences, or related field
- Demonstrated interest in talent development and organizational learning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and learning management systems (LMS) is advantageous

Experience
Student or recent graduate with little to no professional experience; internship or academic project experience in human resources, training, or organizational development is preferred.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree programme in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Educational Sciences, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
