Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Learning & Development Assistant in Paris to support talent development programs in this prestigious jewelry maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and administration of learning and development programs aligned with organizational objectives
- Support the coordination of training initiatives and workshops for employees across all levels
- Maintain training records and program documentation
