Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of training programmes across Richemont's global operations
- Assist in the development and maintenance of internal communications materials and campaigns
- Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to create training content and resources
- Support the execution of company-wide communication initiatives and employee engagement activities
- Contribute to the creation of training documentation, manuals, and instructional materials

Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
