Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Legal Intern in Labour Law in Paris for a 6-month internship beginning January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct legal and documentary research in labour law and social affairs
- Maintain regulatory monitoring and legal watchlists across employment-related domains
- Draft legal memoranda and briefing materials for senior management and HR personnel
- Assist in preparation of HR training sessions and management commissions
- Support individual case management and pre-litigation situations
- Contribute to matters spanning employment relations, collective bargaining, organizational restructuring, and workplace compliance
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in law school or holder of a postgraduate degree in labour law or social law specialization (DPRT, DJCE) or equivalent commercial school degree
- Demonstrable experience in a labour law or social affairs department or specialized service
- Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset
- Exceptional written communication and drafting accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
- Quick responsiveness and adaptability

One or more prior experiences in a labour law or social affairs department or specialized legal service
Education
