Role & Responsibilities
- Open and close the store following established security and operational protocols
- Supervise and mentor junior sales associates during assigned shifts
- Manage cash handling, reconciliation, and secure storage of high-value inventory
- Ensure compliance with loss prevention and brand security standards
- Monitor store conditions, maintenance, and visual merchandising standards
- Address client inquiries and escalate issues as appropriate
- Prepare daily reports and communicate operational status to store management
- Train staff on product knowledge and customer service excellence
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or hospitality supervisory role
