Richemont is hiring a Key Holder at the CAR Boutique in Toronto to lead store operations and supervise staff.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage store opening and closing procedures, including security protocols and alarm systems
- Supervise sales associates and maintain store operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure compliance with company policies, loss prevention measures, and visual merchandising standards
- Handle cash management, reconciliation, and deposit procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management on stock replenishment
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries or concerns
- Train and mentor junior staff members on product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- Proven retail management or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of luxury retail operations and customer service standards
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Demonstrated cash handling and financial accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
3 to 5 years of retail or boutique management experience, with demonstrated supervisory responsibilities in a luxury retail environment
Education
