Richemont is hiring a Key Holder in Toronto — lead boutique operations, support luxury clienteling and secure high-value inventory.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute opening and closing procedures, maintain security of keys and high-value inventory, and assume responsibility for the boutique in the manager’s absence.
- Lead daily sales floor operations, supervise and coach boutique staff during shifts to ensure premium client service and adherence to brand protocols.
- Deliver personalised clienteling, manage high-value transactions and escalate complex service issues to management when required.
- Perform cash handling, reconcile tills, and ensure compliance with loss-prevention and cash-security procedures.
- Support visual merchandising standards, stock replenishment, and inventory controls including cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Train new hires on boutique procedures, product knowledge and luxury sales techniques; contribute to in-store performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in a luxury or premium environment; prior role as a key holder, team lead or senior sales advisor preferred.
- Demonstrable ability to manage opening/closing procedures, cash reconciliations and basic inventory controls.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first orientation and the capacity to handle high-value merchandise with discretion.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak retail periods; legally entitled to work in Canada.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of customer-facing retail experience, with at least some exposure to supervisory responsibilities or acting as a key holder in a luxury, premium or high-ticket retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary diploma in retail, hospitality or fashion retail management is advantageous but not mandatory.
